Antonia is the first point of contact for everyone who comes to Korn Tlais, and for most clients she is the first calm voice at a difficult moment. She manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and guides new clients through their initial engagement — from the first call, through the fee agreement, to their first meeting with the team.

Background
Her background spans the marketing, hospitality and finance sectors, where discretion and looking after people properly were the whole of the job. She brings that same standard to Korn Tlais: an understanding that when someone contacts a criminal defence firm, they are often at their most anxious, and that how they are treated in those first moments matters.
